The Verkhovna Rada has ratified the Agreement between Ukraine and Slovenia on Technical and Financial Cooperation. The document opens up opportunities to secure grants, equipment, technologies, and expert support for Ukraine’s recovery.

The Ukrainian company UPC implemented an upgrade to the e-commerce payment systems for one of Bulgaria’s largest banks to facilitate the transition from the lev to the euro. The solution enabled hundreds of online merchants to accept payments in the European currency.
The World Bank, the Government of Ukraine, the European Commission, and the United Nations have estimated Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction needs at $588 billion. The private sector could potentially provide about 40% of the funding.
