Ukrainian communities have identified the key barriers to European integration: a lack of funding, a shortage of personnel, and a lack of prepared projects. New requirements for extending the service life of freight cars have taken effect in Ukraine. Only certified companies will be allowed to perform repairs and technical inspections.
Ukraine has finalized agreements to establish a Transport Support Fund, which will finance infrastructure reconstruction, the procurement of equipment, and Ukraine’s integration into the EU transport network.
