In 2025, Ukrnafta focused on expanding its network and ensuring the smooth operation of its gas stations, resulting in a 50% increase in fuel sales and an 118% increase in non-fuel sales. This was reported by forbes.ua, citing statements from Ukrnafta’s press office.

The company has fully completed the rebranding of the acquired network, which previously operated under the Shell brand. All gas stations have been integrated into Ukrnafta’s unified operating system and operate according to standardized service and customer comfort standards.

Over the course of the year, 115 new stores were opened at gas stations to replace outdated kiosks, which made it possible to expand the range of goods and services and increase the efficiency of retail space.

In response to attacks on energy infrastructure and regular power outages, 374 of Ukrnafta’s gas stations are operating as resilience hubs.

Key network metrics for 2025: Euro 5 fuel sales: +50%; non-fuel merchandise sales: +118%; hot dogs: +147%; hot beverages (coffee, tea, cocoa): +98%; windshield washer fluid: +76%; AdBlue: +59%.

The B2B segment is also showing steady growth—up 70% from the previous year. B2B sales account for 44% of total fuel sales.

As of February 2026, “Ukrnafta” is the largest network of gas stations in Ukraine and ranks among the top three in terms of fuel sales.
