As part of the project, three solar power plants with a total capacity of 18.322 MW are planned to be built in the Khmelnytskyi region. The project also includes the installation of a 50 MW energy storage system, which will enable more efficient management of the generated electricity and its sale depending on market conditions.

Once the complex is commissioned, the expected annual electricity production will reach up to 22,600 MWh.

According to Oschadbank, since the beginning of 2026, the bank has already financed the construction of solar power plants with a total capacity of 42.6 MW for nearly 850 million UAH. The bank notes a shift among small and medium-sized businesses from short-term solutions to ensure energy supply to long-term investments in their own power generation.

Construction is being carried out by Solar Stalkonstruktsiya LLC — a Ukrainian company specializing in the design and construction of solar power plants and energy storage systems. The project is expected to bolster the development of distributed generation and Ukraine’s energy resilience.
