French businesses are ready to participate in Ukraine's recovery
French companies are interested in participating in Ukraine’s recovery in the areas of energy, infrastructure, water supply, construction, and digitalization.
The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine hosted a working meeting attended by Ivan Lukeri, Deputy Head of the Recovery Agency, representatives of the French Embassy in Ukraine, Business France, and French companies specializing in energy, infrastructure, water supply, ecology, and construction.
During the meeting, teams from the Ministry of Development and the Recovery Agency briefed partners on current recovery needs and presented the DREAM platform, a digital public investment management system that ensures project transparency and accountability.
French companies expressed interest in participating in the reconstruction of Ukraine. They presented their solutions in the areas of energy efficiency, sustainable construction, water supply and treatment, road infrastructure, geodesy, and digitalization. The Single Project Portfolio for 2026 (SPP-2026) was also presented, which includes 149 projects and programs. 83 of these are in the areas of housing, transport, municipal infrastructure, and service provision.
