Allseeds Has Suspended Operations in the Odesa Region Due to Intensified Russian Attacks

The Allseeds Group, one of Ukraine’s largest producers and exporters of vegetable oil, has suspended its operations in the Odesa region. This decision was prompted by a significant deterioration in the security situation and intensified Russian attacks on the region’s port and logistics infrastructure. This is stated in an official statement from Allseeds, published on Facebook.

The company noted that continuing operations under the current conditions poses extremely high risks to the lives and safety of employees, as well as to production facilities. The decision was made to protect the company’s personnel, assets, infrastructure, and operational capacity.

Allseeds plans to preserve the necessary resources and capabilities to resume operations once the security situation stabilizes. The suspension of operations will be carried out in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.

Allseeds has significant oilseed processing capacity: up to 2,400 metric tons of sunflower seeds per day and up to 1,500 metric tons of soybeans. The company also has storage capacity for over 100,000 metric tons of vegetable oil and transshipment capacity of up to 1 million metric tons of oil per year.

The company’s decision comes amid regular Russian attacks on the port and transportation-logistics infrastructure of the Odesa region, which plays a key role in Ukraine’s agricultural exports.
