Work continues on the operational maintenance of artificial structures: 33 objects are under construction
Maintenance work on bridges, overpasses, and tunnels is underway on state highways. Currently, work is being carried out at 33 sites in various regions of Ukraine.
Bridges, overpasses, and tunnels are critically important infrastructure objects, especially in conditions of martial law. They not only provide transport links but are also of strategic importance for defense and humanitarian logistics, according to the Agency for Reconstruction.
In 2025, more than 135 bridges on public roads of national importance throughout Ukraine will require repairs to keep them in normal working order and ensure road safety for all road users.
Work has already begun on 33 artificial structures in various regions of Ukraine. The work is being carried out within the framework of the planned funding for the current repair and operational maintenance of public roads of national importance.
Particular attention is being paid to operational maintenance work in frontline regions. In particular, work is continuing in the Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions.
