The architecture for Ukraine's restoration has already been created and is working, said Maryna Denysiuk at OECD Eurasia Week 2026
At the OECD Eurasia Week 2026 in Paris, participants discussed the framework for Ukraine’s recovery, the management of public investments, and the country’s preparations for future OECD membership.
Paris hosted OECD Eurasia Week 2026, a regular ministerial-level meeting within the framework of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Competitiveness Programme for Eurasian countries. Deputy Minister Maryna Denysiuk participated in the event on behalf of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
One of the focuses of the ministerial meeting was Ukraine's restoration architecture. Maryna Denysiuk and Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Zhovkva spoke at the panel discussion ‘Consolidating Ukraine's Recovery Architecture.’
The dialogue on Ukraine's future membership in the OECD is based on specific steps outlined in the OECD-Ukraine Programme. This strategic plan until 2027 is essentially a tool for preparing Ukraine for accession. One of the areas of the Programme is public investment management. Ukraine also actively participates in more than 20 OECD committees and working groups.
OECD Eurasia Week 2026 has become a key platform for strategic dialogue, where the concentration of international partners and stakeholders allows discussions to be transformed into concrete agreements for the systematic reconstruction of Ukraine.
