Ukraine has recorded its highest number of new companies in three years
In the first half of 2026, 19,758 new companies were registered in Ukraine — an 8% increase from the previous year and the highest figure in the last three years.

This is according to a study by “OpenDataBot” dated July 27. In the first half of 2026, 19,758 new companies were registered — an 8% increase compared to the same period last year.
At the same time, 6,563 companies ceased operations, which is 28% more than in the first half of 2025.
Despite the increase in the number of closures, business dynamics remain positive: the net increase was 13,195 companies.
