Two more industrial parks will be established in Ukraine with nearly 1.8 billion hryvnia in investments
Two more industrial parks will be established in Ukraine — in the Lviv and Odesa regions. The total amount of declared investment is nearly 1.8 billion UAH, and the new industrial sites are expected to create about 2,500 jobs.
The government has added two new sites — “Horvatskyi Hostynets” and “Bessarabsky AgroTech Park” — to the Register of Industrial Parks, according to the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine. Following their registration, the total number of industrial parks in the country has risen to 125.
“Khorvatsky Gostinets”: Machinery Manufacturing and Energy in the Lviv Region
The “Khorvatsky Gostinets” industrial park is planned to be located within the Mykolaiv urban community in the Stryi District of the Lviv Region. The Mykolaiv City Council initiated its creation.
The area of the future industrial site will be 32.34 hectares. The plan is to create approximately 1,500 jobs there.
The park’s main areas of specialization include the production of electric motors, generators, and transformers; machinery and equipment for the extractive industries and construction; non-metallic mineral products; and building materials. Machine building and alternative energy are expected to be separate areas of focus.
Preliminary plans call for investing approximately 913 million UAH in the development of the industrial park, funded by the project’s initiator, private investors, and the management company.
“Bessarabian AgroTech Park”: Agricultural Product Processing in the Odesa Region
A second new industrial park is being established in the city of Artsyz, Bolhrad District, Odesa Region. It is being initiated by the Artsyz City Council.
The “Bessarabian AgroTech Park” will cover an area of 23 hectares, and the number of new jobs is estimated at approximately 1,000.
The park will focus primarily on the processing industry. It is intended for food production, as well as the processing and canning of potatoes, fruits, and vegetables, and the production of vegetable oil and animal fats. The development of alternative energy is also planned.
The estimated investment in developing the site is 884 million UAH. In addition, the park’s management company will be eligible for government incentives — up to 150 million UAH in non-repayable financial assistance for infrastructure development.
There are already 125 registered industrial parks in Ukraine
The Ministry of Economy emphasizes that the new sites align with the priorities of the “Made in Ukraine” policy: the development of domestic processing and the transition from exporting raw materials to producing goods with higher added value.
As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises had been built or were under construction within Ukrainian industrial parks. The total volume of investments attracted to the sector exceeded 45 billion UAH.
