Kyivstar expands its portfolio of digital healthcare services with the acquisition of Tabletki.ua
Kyivstar has acquired 100% of the shares in Tabletki.ua, expanding its portfolio of digital healthcare services. The platform partners with over 14,000 pharmacies and processes approximately 14 million online orders each month.
Kyivstar Group Ltd. (Nasdaq: KYIV; KYIVW) (Kyivstar), a leading electronic communications operator and the first Ukrainian company traded on the Nasdaq stock exchange, has signed a definitive agreement and completed the transaction to acquire 100% of the shares of Tabletki.ua, one of the most popular digital medical goods services in Ukraine, which allows consumers to find, compare, and reserve medicines and other goods in Ukrainian pharmacies.
Tabletki.ua simplifies customer access to medicines, medical goods, food products, etc., by aggregating data on the availability and prices of medicines, medical devices, and other goods. The service joins Kyivstar's expanding portfolio of digital services, which already includes the Helsi medical information system, the Uklon car and delivery service, the Kyivstar TV movie and television platform, and the My Kyivstar app.
Tabletki.ua cooperates with more than 14,000 pharmacies throughout Ukraine and, according to 2025 data, provided 14 million online orders per month, which indicates that the service plays the role of a reliable daily service tool for Ukrainian families. The total value of goods (GMV) booked through the platform amounted to UAH 45 billion (US$1,056 million) for the 2024 financial year and UAH 57.3 billion (US$1,191 million) for the last 12 months (LTM) ending September 30, 2025.
