On January 27, 2026, PJSC “Export Credit Agency” (ECA), with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, held its annual national event, the “Export Credit Forum.”

The “Export Credit Forum” is a key platform for partnership dialogue between the government, the financial sector, and the business community regarding the development of Ukraine’s non-commodity exports.

This year’s forum confirmed the business community’s demand for practical dialogue on export financing, risk insurance, and operations in new markets.

In 2026, the “Export Credit Forum” continued the approach of last year’s events and focused on practical solutions for Ukrainian companies that are operating in or planning to enter foreign markets.

The “Export Credit Forum” served as a platform for direct dialogue on:

- access to export and investment financing;

- insurance of export and investment risks;

- expanding the presence of Ukrainian companies in international markets;

- practical case studies on the use of ECA tools.

At the conclusion of the Export Credit Forum 2026, the Export Credit Agency recognized its partners for their contribution to the development of Ukrainian exports and their support of exporters in their work in foreign markets.

This year, the recognition of partners took place in a new format: instead of traditional acknowledgments, the ECA used symbolic partner badges, emphasizing the agency’s focus on long-term interaction, sustainable cooperation, and ongoing dialogue with partners.

The following were recognized in the Trade & Export Promotion Partner category:

· Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – for developing business contacts for Ukrainian companies in international markets, fostering ongoing dialogue between business and the state, and collaborating to support and promote Ukrainian exports

· Federation of Employers of Ukraine – for consistent support of ECA legislative initiatives, promotion of export insurance at its own venues and events, engagement with the broader community of exporting companies, and systematic promotion of the development of deep processing.

In the Business Ecosystem Partner category, the European Business Association received an award for jointly shaping an environment in which exports become part of companies’ development strategies.

KUKE became a strategic partner of the ECA for providing technical assistance in developing the agency’s products, sharing practical experience from an EU export credit agency, and facilitating the development of international partnerships.

In the Export Policy Partner category, the following were recognized:

· The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development – for systematic work on establishing the legislative framework for export development

· The Association of Ukrainian Banks – for creating an institutional platform to advocate for changes in the field of export financing and uniting the banking sector around the development of export insurance and credit.

In the Regional Export Development Partner category, the Rivne Regional State Administration received a partner badge – for close and systematic cooperation with ECA, active work with the region’s exporters, and the joint organization of events that transform state export support instruments into practical solutions for business.

In the Financial Export Partner category, the following were recognized:

· CreditWest Bank,

· Oschadbank,

· Ukrgasbank,

· Raiffeisen Bank

for the practical implementation of ECA instruments through bank financing, their willingness to manage war risks, and their support of exporters in their daily operations in foreign markets.
